What did Jesus state as the primary purpose of the temple, and how might this apply to today? Jesus stated the temple is the house of prayer as the primary purpose of the temple, and today this might apply to our churches where every Christ follower gather to worship our Father God.

What was in Jesus` heart that made him weep as he looked down on Jerusalem? .Jesus knew what was going to happen in the future to Jerusalem ;that it would be destroyed by its enemy.They would also kill Jesus on the cross because they didn't believe He was the son of God.They missed there time of visitation.
