What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying?

Don't worry about tomorrow, let tomorrow worry about itself.We toil under the sun for life and in the end what do we get? We can't take with us what we have after we die, so why worry? Cast all our worries to God, He will take care for us. For God loves His children.

What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying?

Trust in the Lord! with all your heart, and give Him your worries and He will only bring you Peace and Love! People who worry don't know God's wonderful works and yet to place all their trust in Him. Worrying only causes physical ailments and unnessarry anxieties. I think worry comes from the anti-christ who puts doubt in people hearts. When I start worrying or thinking bad thoughts , I just rebuke these evil or bad thoughts in the name of Jesus. It works all the time.

"Which of these purposes do you believe Jesus accomplished?"

He went to the cross and demonstrated God's love. Jesus brought good news to the poor.He set the captives free.He healed the sick and told the people the goods news of salvation.He sacrificed Himself on the cross so that our sins would be forgiven.He gave us abundant life, He prepared a place for us in heaven.He preached about the Kingdom of God . He travelled from city to city with the good news of the gospel.
