What does it mean to be rich toward God? To be rich towards God means you totally surrendered yourself to Him and depend on his blessing. You no longer want to possess material possessions and keep money to yourself. When you are a child of God, you only want to please our Father, and one of the commandments is to Love Him first and Love your neighbour next. To be rich means being content with just knowing that you are going to have that crown of glory and while your still on this earth, lend and give to charity. Because charity is Love.
