Yes Jesus believes lowly people are valuable.Most men reject the lowly or do not respect them.They look down on them.People are judged by their income, or there job, there looks, there education, how much material assets they have, there position in there jobs, the type of clothes they wear etc. etc, etc.None of that counts with Jesus . He looks beyond the surface of appearance. He looks at the needs of the person.He looks at there heart.

With whom does Jesus feel a stronger relationship than even his blood relationships (family)? Jesus felt a stronger relationship with those who heard His preaching and did accordingly;obey the words of God.
