In this lesson there are six references pointing to actions by Jesus that may suggest He was trying to manipulate situations, to insure His death. Jesus was actually being obedient to God's will. Therefore, He had no reason to incite His death. As long as He remained obedient to God, then death by execution on the cross was sure to take place, and all things before His death would lead to the cruxification.
