From my perspective, no good can come from worry. If you believe GOD's word, where it tells you not to worry, and you do so nonetheless, then you are removed from GOD's word. The devil does this to create a wedge between us and the LORD. If you were unsure, then continue to read the the following text over and over. I find it truly inspiring as I hope you do as well. What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying? The cost of worry is very high and its not pleasing to God. Don't seek what you will eat or wear . God knows you have need of these.

What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying? There are no benefits from worrying. We need to trust God/Jesus/Holy Spirit to see us through our lives. Blessings.
