Although Jesus knew who would betray Him, He withheld the identity from the disciples because, perhaps, they would have tried to intervene.  God's will must be fulfilled.  But I do wonder, was Judas aware that Jesus knew he was the betrayer? 

Regarding leadership in contrast to what Jesus taught; typically, leaders tend toput themselves first.  They are above reproach, and self-serving.
