Jesus was just following what was to be done. I think once again this proved a point that Jesus knew what was going to happen before it happened. God always has a plan.

Jesus was quoted saying: "I am in the midst of you as one who serves". How does this style of leadership differ from others? Jesus being fully man and fully God, came to serve us and teach us about the kingdom of heaven, to teach us to love God and one another. By contrast most leaders in church and in secular society today want to be served and reveared. It is really ashame that some of our church leaders miss this very important lesson Jesus taught.
