How is gazing with lust like adultery?

Adultery is using another person as a sex object.  Lust is viewing another person as a sex object.  Christ wants us to realize that both the act and attitude are sinful.  Righteousness calls for us to view all human beings as persons of worth and value.  We are to serve others, not use them.

Both Jesus and the Old Testament teach that God's law is concerned not only with external and outward actions but also with the attitudes of heart and mind that lead to the actions.  The action as well as the intent to carry out the action are both condemned as violations of God's law.

In Jesus' commandment, Jesus includes the lustful look and the sinful imaginations.  There is adultery of the body and adultery of the mind.

Why does Jesus speak so strongly against anger?

The Bible tells us to "put away" our anger and it associates what we might think as no big deal with other really ugly sins, like bitterness, clamour, wrath, slander, malice and obscene talk.  Anger does'nt keep good company.

If you're angry, deal with it.  Don't hold onto it.  Nip it in the bud.  Don't go to sleep on it.  Deal with it before the sun goes down.  At best anger is sin, and at worst it leads to even greater sins.  If we don't deal with these sins, they will poison our minds, and worse, they usually end up poisoning the minds of the people around us.  So that's why Jesus spoke strongly against anger.

How does Jesus fulfill the law and the prophets?
Christ came not to abolish but to fulfill.  Jesus did not come to this earth for the purpose of acting as an opponent of the law.  His goal was not to prevent its fulfillment.  Rather, He revealed it, loved it, obeyed it, and brought it to fruition.  He fulfilled the law's prophetic utterances regarding Himself.  Christ fulfilled all the laws demanded of Him.
