What did Jesus state as the primary purpose of the temple, and how might this apply to today? Beware of false preacher just making money using the name of Jesus making it as a business. Here in the Philippines there are so many Koreans using religion as a tool to enter our country and doing business and making money.

What did Jesus state as the primary purpose of the temple, and how might this apply to today? According to Jesus the temple which He said is His house, is a house of prayer. Since Jesus' time on earth and until now, the temple or the church is a holy and sacred place of worship and prayers. It symbolizes as the house of God on earth. It should always be considered and respected as such.
