All the while, they thought that He was a deceiver to lead people into believing Him.Moreover, Jesus himself had said that He would rise again on the third day and they were afraid that His disciples would steal his body and claim that He had risen.

What do you think might have led Joseph of Arimathaea to be a disciple of Jesus? Joseph of Arimathaea had heard of Jesus' teaching and being a discipline felt oblighed to give Jesus a proper burial.
