2. The Kingdom of God;

3. The glory of heavens;

4. The love of God and His mercy on sinners

5. His purpose on earth is to give salvation to sinners; and

6. That we must love one another like God the Father loves us so that our joy can be full.

Why did the soldiers mock Jesus?

1. They didnt believe that Jesus was the Son of God

2. Jesus was treated like a criminal, condemned to death and in the time of Jesus, criminals were treated with spite. Normally, criminals were scorned and belittled before they were executed. Soldiers were trained to be merciless so as to defend their countries in time of world and sworned allegiance to Ceasar.

3. They taught He committed plasphemy as Jesus was known to be a son of Joseph, a carpenter.

Why did the soldiers mock Jesus?

The soldiers knew only one king, their king, Caesar. The Jews were under the rule of the Romans during that time and so the soldiers mocked Jesus thinking He was trying to upstage or grab power from their legitimate leader, Caesar.
