5333 entries for this category: Jesus has mentioned before in one of the ten commandments that we shall love our neighbours as ourselves. We shall love our enemies. Not only we should stop the hatred feeling instead we have to pray for our enemies. Anyone who has any hatred feeling is building a sinful feeling inside them. God has forgiven Adam and Eve and He gave them a chance by sending them away from the Garden of Eden as they had been sinful to God. Anyone who has sin will surely die when they come near to God who is holy. God wants us to build a Christ-like character. How is gazing with lust like adultery? Once someone has a lustful feeling when they see a woman, they already developed the evil thoughts in their mind. Satan always starts his evil plan with our mind. Once our mind is condemed with evil thoughts, it prompts us into evil action. Therefore it is equavalent with adultery.

How does Jesus fulfill the law and the prophets? Jesus fulfilled the prophesy in the Old Testament that a Messiah was coming, and would give salvation to those who wanted it. He did not change the laws in the Old Testament but enhanced and relaxed some of the rigid rules such as the sacrificial lamb, the association and fellowship with questionable people (tax collectors and Mary Magdalene) in the New Testament. The ten commandments as given to Moses still holds true till today.
