What "division" did Jesus intend to bring between people?

The division here I think, means the separation of good from evil, believers from non-believers, etc. Because of what is thought of as radical teachings from Jesus in the olden days, families, friends and people will get divided by their different beliefs. Some will chose to follow Jesus, some will not; some will chose to believe, the others will not.

Saints,Those who will not repent,obey and pray will not be able to recieved the gifts that the Holy Ghost imparted in Babtism...

Why does Jesus describe to his disciples how disobedient, ignorant and lazy servants are punished by their master, and how obedient, alert and active servants are given greater authority?

Saints,everybody recieved the Holy Ghost at salvation but not everybody is empowered by the Holy Ghost for service for you need to repent,obey and pray!for the Holy Ghost is not for a partime believers!pls obey him...
