Why did Jesus say "On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it."?

The ones who hear the word of God and keep it are armed and equipped against anything. There is no one stronger than God. The word becomes their armor against Satan and sin if they choose to keep it in their hearts and lives, and their bodies will not house any unclean spirits because God is there protecting them.

Jesus called "Love One Another" a "New" commandment as an edification that the entirety of God's law is amalgamated in "Love," intrinsically love of God and love of one another (Mt. 22:37-40; Mk. 12:28-33; Lk. 6:27-35; Jn. 13: 34-35; 15:9-10, 12, 17). It is also His divine way of teaching us to follow the commandments free of pretensions and to obey it wholly with Love and Truth in our hearts.

innovative goal of "love one another" is discipleship for all of Jesus's follower or believer that ought to be belongs of them. It will be done if the power of Jesus's love dwelt in their heart. So it's not human's action can do it but only The Holy Spirit to be able making everyones to love one another. Help me my God.
