How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love.

Being forgiven increases our love for God for Jesus is the one who teach us to forgive our neighbors if they sinned against us. Through forgiving others we reflect God's love. Forgiveness go hand in hand with love. And it only show that Jesus is with us if we can forgive each other. We must remember that out of God's love for us He was crucified to pay the penalty for our sins, the real example of endless love and forgiveness He has for each of us.

Why did Jesus say, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and announce the Kingdom of God"?

The dead here are the unbelievers. And Jesus said to leave the unbelievers alone with their kind; but to follow Him, believe and spread the Gospel.

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Yes, precisely the main purpose of His coming: to heal the sick, comfort the afflicted, liberate the oppressed, exonerate the sinful and strengthen the poor in spirit.

Lowly people do not in essence pertain solely to the impoverished but also to the materially blessed but with humble, down to earth trait.

The value of Christ's choice lies in the steadfast realization of His teachings through these symbolic characters.
