What types of people are suited to be laborers in the harvest for Jesus?

God fearing people, knows the scriptures, prayerful, must be mature and able to teach the word of God. Every christian must be able to do this for in the new testament it says "Mat 28:19 So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Mat 28:20 Teach them to obey everything that I have told you to do. You can be sure that I will be with you always. I will continue with you until the end of time." NIV

Matthew 9:27-34 Why is faith so important when we ask Jesus to do something for us?

Faith is so important when you ask something from Jesus because it is the only way to show we believe in him. By showing our faith and not doubting that he is the risen Christ is also our way that he is alive today even without seeing him.
