How did this woman`s broken past lead to her advantage? a sinful person when forgiven would appreciate the gift of forgiveness more than a person who thinks he is not a sinner.the sinful person when forgiven would be willing to love more give more and act righteously more from the bottom of his/her life, because once the burden of sin is lifted from him , he would fight real hard not to slip back into that misery.and this is the power of forgiveness.but the important thing is for us to recognise that we are sinners, and ask to be forgiven sincerely

How did Jesus prove to John that Jesus was the Messiah predicted by the prophet Isaiah? Note: see Jesus Rejected at Nazareth - Luke 4:14-30 jesus tells him about the miracles that he was doing .Those miracles were mentioned in the scriptures , they were the signs that would would make a true obedient servant of God recognise and accept jesus as the messiah
