Those, here means believers of God. Those who believe in God can never be unhappy, no matter what the crisis is, beccause God's blessings and mercy is upon them. When God is in them, the inner state of mind is always peaceful and full of Joy all the time no matter what the situation is.

In what ways does Jesus still heal today?

Because we are in dark we must come to know who is Jesus and we must repnd our sins we must belive Jesus is our savior that is why HE shedding of His blood and purchasedfor us with His blood and Jesus heal through prayer, obedient repentance.
