What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying?

If one is worried of material wealth, then he will loose his spiritual wealth because he will always be conserned of making more, in which he will have no time to share some time with God. Material wealth is temporary and that is the cause of all worries and unhappiness in todays world. When we dont worry about the future and keep faith in God through prayer, he will provide us with all good things in the paradise.

If you are worrying no benifits which today exists and tomarrow is cast into the oven dont seek what you will eat ,drink neither be anxious but Father God knows that you need these things for that purpose God spoken with us let not your heart be troubled Sell that which you have and give gifts to the needy Make for yourselves pures which dont grow old, a treasure inthe heaven moth destroys. so with God every thing possible.
