How does Luke claim to distinguish his biography of Jesus from other recorded biographies from eyewitnesses (e.g. Matthew and John)?

Luke being educated well, being a physician, in order to do the biography of Jesus, he had traced everything very accurately from the first, so as to write in order and to make it the most excellent Theophilus.

Since Luke was researching for a high government official, "Most Excellent Theophilis", how many eyewitnesses (and who) do you think Luke interviewed before writing his report?

All Scripture is inspiretion by God with out God Luke woud not have been able to write his biography Luke frequently refer to Jesus as the Son of God and emphasizes events that demonstrate Jesus as God.. Luke must have interviewd jesus family and also and some other people. What written in the Bible we are beliving.
