Why did the Pharisees call Jesus a "deceiver"?

They called Jesus a deceiver because they didnt believe Jesus as God and therefore didnt believe what Jesus said, "I will rise again on the third day".

What do you think might have led Joseph of Arimathaea to be a disciple of Jesus?

Joseph was a good and a just man who lived in the city of of Jews. He looked for the Kingdom of God. Immersed in the Old Testament scriptures, He anticipated the reign of the promised Messiah. He admired Jesus and His teachings and believed in Jesus as Christ but lacked to confess Jesus before men. Therefore He is known to be a secret disciple of Jesus.
