Matthew 9:27-34 Why is faith so important when we ask Jesus to do something for us?

Faith is very important when we ask Jesus to do something for us because, Jesus wants us all to believe in Him with true faith. We are God's creation. All authority should be given to God. Our lives should be dependant on God and not in our own ideas and plan. When God takes care of our needs, we need faith in God. Only when we have faith, our prayers are answered. If we look at the scriptures we will understand that Jesus performed His miracles and healed only those who had faith in Him.

What made the woman`s faith so powerful? How does one obtain faith like the woman?

What made the woman's faith so powerful is that, she believed that only by touching the hem of Jesus' garment would heal her and she was healed. We can obtain faith like the women by believing in Jesus and His teachings without any doubt or double mind.
