Jesus exaggerates to makes the point that one should eliminate things that cause one to sin (disobey God). What things might you eliminate to be more spiritually healthy?

I was asked by a colleague why at a very young age, not fat and not eating much and yet my blood pressure is coming high... Before the conversation ended he said to me you have to let go those you hinder on your heart, maybe anger impatience or problem that you cannot share to any one...

as I read the question here, I remembered those he told to me... what shall I have to eliminate to be more spiritually healthy and at the same time physically healthy?  Too much things maybe... I was hurt and  I cannot forgive those people who made deeper wound in my heart who had grabbed my selfconfidence for once,,,, Now I had gained the confidence and learning now how to forgive maybe will lead me to a healthy relationship with God..

That no matter how marrital life seems too difficult, couples should stay together facing all the struggles,,, there are lots of problems that comes in all relationship and it is not be solved by a divorce,,, just hold on with God and always put Jesus as the center of every relationship so that,,, these relationship would survive no matter how difficult it may seem...
