What I would ask Jesus - to increase my courage in planting and making my minas fruitful. And opening my eyes to see them. I can rely on Faith which is my strongest mina to nourish the lack of courage so many times to harvest the first. Or better all that you set on to achieve in His Name. I pray a lot so much more than I did before. And that has definetely produced many many many fruit.

If John`s baptism was for repentance, then why do you think Jesus was baptized? To provide the teaching opportunity for the taeching of the Baptism with the Holy Spirit. Setting the connection between matter and actual Baptism with the Holy Spirit. It`s a practical teaching of the doctrine which then has been formally and officially enunciated by the Church the Magisterium with `technical` terms. That was a clear example clear for anyone however limited their education.The majority of the population then.

What did Jesus state as the primary purpose of the temple, and how might this apply to today? Praying is the chore function of the temple not merchandising making money. He sends the merchants out. In the temple - our mountain of prayer - we connect all the more with the Lord. Hear His word and talk to Him. Anything we do has to be God centered. It`s a place for Dialogue either by ourselves or when we join as a Family for the Lord`s Supper and remembrance of His Sacrifice - streghtening the bond as one Body - whose members collaborate to the common good and don`t rob each other. Priests should be the first examples and that`s why - being them Jesus on earth - Jesus scolds them so harshly. There it`s a different albeit still corporate business.
