Why does Jesus consider this woman`s desire to please Jesus more important than giving to the poor?

Its the personal physical tending. Not that helping the poors with offerings is not important. But highlights all the more what that body will go through for the love of every single human and not just that woman who took care of him. Also for those who betreayed and rejected him, Lord they know not what they are doing. Pour on them the oil of your merciful love.

What did Jesus imply by saying, "This is my blood of the new coveneant, which is poured out for many."? Consider that the Passover was a Jewish festival that remembered when a plague of death "passed over" the home of those Jewish people who marked their doors with blood from a lamb. Jews remembered this day with a feast of unleavened bread.

I am the Way...and His own Blood marks it for everyone to see and partake via the Eucharist.
