When Peter realised he had denied knowing Jesus, why did he cry?

He cried because he did not keep to his promise which he had promised that he would never deny Jesus no matter the condition (mark 14vs29-316 è), glory be to God that he realised that he had sinned and was remorseed. thank God for his grace because Jesus said, Peter the devil desire to have you but I have prayed for you when you are restore strenghten your brethen, this same opportunity is given to each every one of us by our Lord, no matter the mistake we might have made, his grace is suffience for us let's return to Jesus for he will receive us.
