Judas was one of the 12 men closest to Jesus. Why would Judas betray Jesus?

Judas was the right person to betray Jesus, because it is written in the scriptures that a man's enemies are members of his own house. Still the scriptures had to be fulfilled, because Jesus had to be handed over to His crucifiers.

Answer for yourself "Whose Son Is the Christ?"

The Christ is the Son of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. However He is refered to as the Son of David, because He was born in the house of David. When God was promisng the Messiah, He said that He would be a root of Jesse. The fact that the Christ was not born as a result of man and wife, it simply ceased to make Him a Son of David, despite earlier prophets having called Him such because of God's convenant with His servant Daid.

Why do you think the Sadducees "didn`t dare to ask him any more questions"

They did not ask any more questions simply because He answered them well. God is not a Gof of the dead, no marriage in the next life, Jesus answered thier question as the teacher He was.
