I am one who truly understands the love of God.  I once thought I understood what love was until I experienced some things in my life.  There was a time when I was truly seeking God for my salvation.  As usual many things got in the way.  I was at one time ignorant enough to believe that if I didn't go out on the saturday night before communion, that it would make every thing alright come sunday morning. 

 Well, of course I soon found out that it was the love of God that kept me in my ignorance.  He saw me searching for him and kept me until I found him.  What a mighty God we serve.

I heard the words to a song that said " He looked beyond my faults and saw my need".  I call it my turn around song.  And because of that song, I shall forever lift my eyes to Calvary, to view the cross where Jesus died for me.  How marvelous the grace that caught my fallen soul.  Thank you Lord for looking beyond my faults and seeing that I had a need to know you.   Jesus kept me until I could get to know Him for myself.

I thank God that He loved me enough to send His son all the way from Heaven down to save a wretch like me.

If you question God's love, keep waking up and He will lead you to Himself.
