Why did the Pharisees call Jesus a deceiver?
The Pharisees called Jesus a deceiver because they did not believe he was the Son of God. They did not believe in his work, they felt he was blaspheming. They even felt that his disciples would steal his body and and said he is risen. But the word was true and still lives on today. Thank you Lord

Why did the Pharisees call Jesus a deceiver?
Because the Pharisees did not believe that Jesus was the son of God and thought he was another false prophet. False prophets gave the people a message that really was not from God. But True prophets always said that God was faithful to his promises. They told the people to be faithful. Jesus came to earth as a great prophet. John 6:14

What do you think might have led Joseph of Arimathaea to be a disciple of Jesus?
Because Joseph must have heard Jesus preach the Word of God and he must of realized that Jesus was the son of God. He also made have seen the miracles that Jesus performed which may have caused him to believe. To be able to see and hear the word of God preached by his son Jesus must have been pretty awesome. Thank God for his son Jesus!

The Burial of Jesus

When evening had come, a rich man from Arimathaea, named Joseph, who himself was also Jesus' disciple came. This man went to Pilate, and asked for Jesus' body. Then Pilate commanded the body to be given up. Joseph took the body, and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock, and he rolled a great stone to the door of the tomb, and departed. Mary Magdalene was there, and the other Mary, sitting opposite the tomb.
