Once you have been trained, then the way to lead a Bible study is to begin praying for God`s guidance. Then, once you`ve studied and prayed, you can help others understand the Bible by  teaching a subject or a book of the Bible, helping others to read the Bible for themselves and discover truths.  When studying the Bible they will learn to compare Scripture with Scripture, not taking a Scripture out of context, and seeking to understand the historical and cultural context and its relevant application today.  Most people learn best in an atmosphere where they are able to discover truth for themselves and then share that truth with others.  That is why Bible studies are often most interesting when they involve lots of discussion and are not just a lecture.

Before leading a Bible study, though, it is important to simply learn to serve people, and to grow in prayer. Beware of Bible studies where leaders interpret Scripture falsely inflicting the listeners with legalism, or manipulating them in some way. It is very helpful that a pastor or other mature believer is available to give you advice and training you when you are leading a Bible study.
