Did Jesus work?
Jesus did the work of His Father. He didn`t work as we might work in the sense of striving to make money and make ends meet. He worked to do the work of God in submission to His Father`s will.

In John`s biography of Jesus, we read something that Jesus said:  "I must work the works of him who sent me, while it is day" (John 9:4).
