What is the harvest, who sows it and who reaps it?
The harvest are the people of this world, Jesus ''God'' sows all the people on earth but now they are to be reaped they need the harvesters who are the disciples to tell them his words.

What is the harvest, who sows it and who reaps it?

The harvest is those souls that were ready to be worn and converted to the kingdom of god.

God was the sower, He creates the holy hunger for the search of God in the hearts of those souls that were ready for harvesting

The reapers are the believers, Christians who are already in the Lord.

What is the harvest, who sows it and who reaps it?

The harvest is all those people who were converted through the words that were preached to them(i.e all  those sinners who dicided to give thier lives to the lord).

It is sowed by the all mighty God and spread to the world through his servants.

The ones who reap it are those people on earth who get the word through God's servants.

The harvest is God's word. Sowing is witness or teaching God's word and reaping is applying God's word In my understanding, I will take comments.

What is the harvest, who sows it and who reaps it?

Well, I think the harvest means people who have the word of God planted into their hearts in the past and present time. And Jesus sends his disciples to reap the harvest. For Jesus says, One sows and another reaps. I sent YOU to reap that for which you haven't labored. Others have labored and you have entered into their labor. Harvest=People Seed=Word of God Reaps=Jesus and Disciples. Glory to God!

What is the harvest, who sows it and who reaps it?
I think Jesus is the harvest, because He is the seed that the Father chose to sow in His people to heal the world. The people to whom the seed was sent are reaping the fruits even until now.

What is the harvest, who sows it and who reaps it?

The Harvest is (as I understand it) the Word of God.

Who sows it is the desciples of Jesus.

Who reaps it is the people like me and you and Jesus was moving between the people harvesting people to follow him so that they can learn who God is and what the way is to live.  Being afrikaans it is very hard to exectly explain this question.

For me it means in a nutshell that You as a Christian and newly reborn should harvest people people for Jesus through networking spreading the Word of God to the people (any one that is lost) and show them the way to the Lord.  You dont bombard them with force to go back or take the Word of God as you have to listen, speak and take them to the light at a pace they can follow. We all have to spread the news and rejoice the love and joy loving Jesus.

The harvest is salvation of the souls.. the sower is those who preaches the good news and the reaper is those who lead people back to Christ personally.

The Disciples Rejoin Jesus

At this, his disciples came. They marveled that he was speaking with a woman; yet no one said, "What are you looking for?" or, "Why do you speak with her?" So the woman left her water pot, and went away into the city, and said to the people, "Come, see a man who told me everything that I did. Can this be the Christ?"
They went out of the city, and were coming to him. In the meanwhile, the disciples urged him, saying, "Rabbi, eat."
But he said to them, "I have food to eat that you don't know about."
The disciples therefore said one to another, "Has anyone brought him something to eat?"
Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of him who sent me, and to accomplish his work. Don't you say, 'There are yet four months until the harvest?' Behold, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and look at the fields, that they are white for harvest already. He who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit to eternal life; that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. For in this the saying is true, 'One sows, and another reaps.' I sent you to reap that for which you haven't labored. Others have labored, and you have entered into their labor."
