What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying?
Trust the Lord giving you all the security you need. Fretting over yourself makes you doubt of His love and helping power and willingness to help his children the most precious thing of all creation. worrying is counterproductive and is not constructive - metaphorically won`t be adding a cubit. We can only grow spiritually by abandoning ourselves to the Father. Bodily needs secondary. If we live for the Lord they shall be taken care of ''like it was promised to the widow and her son - the jar will not run out till the rain comes again - she was willing to give the last of her eartly basic means of survival the last two cents and then rest in the arms of the Lord''. And if we suffer in any way we know that the real treasure is our souls and that even suffering can be purging. Always leaning on the Lord. And not on false eartly securities the having of which has to be always ascribed to the Lord. We need Solomon`s purity of heart and humbleness letting God`s hand mold us to his loving will. Anxiety means lack of trust hence resistance hence self harm. By: Alessandra Parrini - November 20, 2006 - Public Category: Do Not Worry

What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying?
The benifits of trusting God is that God will provide life which is more than what we need. This means that we should actually know that our bodies are more than clothes. In other ways, Life is more than everthing we are lacking. We should trust in God who gives in abandance for He knows what we need. When we live in disbelief, the costs of this character is that the devil ( the world) will robe out our life and bring about death. The devil is always a failure ,let us continue trusting in God and we will be upheld. What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying?
Their are no benefits to worrying about things in life, like what to eat or drink and what to wear because God takes care of us. Don't seek after all of these things, but your Father knows that you need these things. But seek God's Kingdom and all these things will be added to you. Thank You! Heavenly Father.

What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying?
The benefit of worry is that you worry about others means you love them and God will love you. That's God's will. The disbenefit of worry is unhappy, hypersensitive and sickness.

What are the benefits and disbenefits (costs) of worrying?
Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. We should worry what we need in this world , for God knows our needs and prepare for us. But seek God's Kingdom, all these things will be added to you. We should worry and have faith in God. By: Kah Bik Cheong - December 13, 2007 - Public Category: Do Not Worry
He said to his
disciples, "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious
for your life, what you will eat, nor yet for your body, what you will
wear. Life is more than
food, and the body is more than clothing. Consider the ravens: they don't
sow, they don't reap, they have no warehouse or barn, and God feeds them.
How much more valuable are you than birds! Which of you by being anxious
can add a cubit to his height? If then you aren't able to do
even the least things, why are you anxious about the rest? Consider the lilies, how they
grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin; yet I tell you, even Solomon
in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if this is how God clothes
the grass in the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is cast into the
oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith? Don't seek what you will eat or
what you will drink; neither be anxious. For the nations of the world
seek after all of these things, but your Father knows that you need these
things. But seek God's
Kingdom, and all these things will be added to you. Don't be afraid, little flock,
for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the Kingdom. Sell that which you have, and
give gifts to the needy. Make for yourselves purses which don't grow old,
a treasure in the heavens that doesn't fail, where no thief approaches,
neither moth destroys. For where your treasure is,
there will your heart be also.
