How does Jesus react to people to tell him to go away?
Jesus sent them away with love and on purpose. To proclaim His word and mighty power for physically He might not be with us but spiritually he's guiding us. By: reybeth - October 18, 2007 - Public Category: The Healing of a Demon-possessed Man

How does Jesus react to people to tell him to go away?
Jesus reacts calmly to people who tell Him to go away. Jesus always stays cool except people do something that is against God the Father, like those who used the house of God as a market-place. By: Allen Yong - October 18, 2007 - Public Category: The Healing of a Demon-possessed Man

How does Jesus react to people to tell him to go away?
Because Jesus casted out the demons from the man and cast them into the pigs and healed the man who was possessed. The people were afraid of Jesus so they asked him to depart from them and go back to Galilee. Jesus reacts by saying fine you want me to leave, he entered into the boat and returned. But the man gave glory to God and proclaiming throughout the whole city what great things Jesus had done for him. Amen!

How does Jesus react to people to tell him to go away?
Jesus' reaction was to let Him know the nature as well as the name of the evil spirit. When the demons begged Him to enter into the abayss, Jesus allowed them and they entered into pigs and then drowned. Jesus allowed the man fleed from the evil spirits to set on His feet. The people were afraid and became very much afrid that they told Jesus to depart from them. Jesus told the man fleed from the evil spirits to witness to the whole city about the great things Jesus has done. Then Jesus departed from them. The Healing of a Demon-possesed Man
Jesus was disappointed to the people in Gadarenes when they asked him to depart from them. Though he is ready to confer on them important favors to bless them with salvation. But sinners never love him, and always wish him away from their dwellings they give them more value ther earthly possession. many voices fit for pigs
So many powerful images. `lived in the tombs`, `no clothes`, `pigs`...
For me this event is saying that these demons that divide us into `legion` are much more suited to dwell in pigs , and even then, they will destroy. This also showed those who were present that there was in fact a foreign presence in the man that drove the pigs to rush down the banks. How does Jesus react to people to tell him to go away?
People afraid of the events happened there. They asked Jesus to depart from them, for they were very much afraid. In this passage we can see that Jesus entered in to the boat and returned from that place. By: Manoj Thomas - October 19, 2006 - Public Category: The Healing of a Demon-possessed Man
They arrived at the country of
the Gadarenes, which is opposite Galilee.
When Jesus stepped
ashore, a certain man out of the city who had demons for a long time met
him. He wore no clothes, and didn't live in a house, but in the tombs.
When he saw Jesus, he
cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said,
"What do I have to do with you, Jesus, you Son of the Most High God?
I beg you, don't torment me!" For Jesus was commanding the
unclean spirit to come out of the man. For the unclean spirit had often
seized the man. He was kept under guard, and bound with chains and
fetters. Breaking the bands apart, he was driven by the demon into the
desert.
Jesus asked him, "What is your name?" He said, "Legion," for many demons had entered into him.
They begged him that he
would not command them to go into the abyss. Now there was there a herd of
many pigs feeding on the mountain, and they begged him that he would allow
them to enter into those. He allowed them. The demons came out from the man,
and entered into the pigs, and the herd rushed down the steep bank into
the lake, and were drowned. When those who fed them saw what
had happened, they fled, and told it in the city and in the country.
People went out to see
what had happened. They came to Jesus, and found the man from whom the
demons had gone out, sitting at Jesus' feet, clothed and in his right
mind; and they were afraid. Those who saw it told them how he
who had been possessed by demons was healed. All the people of the surrounding
country of the Gadarenes asked him to depart from them, for they were very
much afraid. He entered into the boat, and returned. But the man from whom the demons
had gone out begged him that he might go with him, but Jesus sent him
away, saying, "Return to your house, and declare what great things God
has done for you." He went his way, proclaiming throughout the
whole city what great things Jesus had done for him.
