THE TEMPLE.........................A DEN OF ROBBERS

Is it not wonderful that what Jesus identified in those years are still happening around us. Most of us use christianity to dupe and cheat people while asking forgiveness from God.

We must all search ourselves for the Bible says that 'all has sinned and come short of the glory og God'.

FORGIVE & FORGET

We all tend to use these 2 words concurrently but always fail to apply them correctly.

Forgiveness is not an easy act. As human beings we tend to say it more than we do it . Its easier to say I have forgiven you than to actually forgive. And then when we actually forgive, do we really forget?

We need the special grace of God, a spirit shielded by light from above to do these two.

Why did Jesus´ penalty for "sin" need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?

Many of us when we are in some situations use to say, "Jesus will not understand".

Jesus experiencing both physical and emotional pain is for us to know that He has seen it all. Every situation we find ourself has a physical and emotional side. It is not outside Gods capacity to have just taken Jesus up to heavens and yet make him His Son. But He choose to allow his son to pass through such pain so that he can show us what to experience in this world.

"Was Jesus trying to incite his death (eg. temple cleansing, accusation of leaders?)

No, I dont beleive Jesus was trying to incite his death. Whether He did those things or not, His death has been approved by God before time and must be.

The things He did were part of the things  He came to do. He lived an examplary life which we are all expected to emulate.

We are not to be fearful in stating facts, correcting people or stating what is wrong and right. The Bible says we should fear most He who has power to destroy both soul and body only.

"Which of these purposes do you believe Jesus accomplished?"

He accomplished all the purposes. He demonstrated Gods love. In doing so, he charged us all to Love one another as we love ourselves. He brought the good news to all. He made grace available to us all. He taught us how much God loved us and put the kingdom of God in our hearts.

He became our source of living water giving us abundant life. He gave his life up so that we may have life and have it fully.

Why did Jesus´ penalty for "sin" need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?

our GOD is love,He has compassion toward human being his valuable creature that he made in his own image and sin separated him from his creator who has a purpose with him to rule the world and to have dominion over everything and says human will judge te angels when GOD says something that thing will happen no matter what.

He sent his begotten son in flesh He borrowed the womb of a human lady to be born for us to see Him eating and drinking with people and when He was put to death He suffered phisically and emotionally pain GOD without man He will not and man can not without GOD and He(GOD) will like illigal on earth without body that's why Jesus He is called son of man Daniel said, through death He become glorious Lord of Lord,He reconciliated man with his creator God,He(Jesus)become a new covenant to make human to become spiritual has God, like from the begining when He(God )created man in the garden of eden as Paul said what i received i passed on to you as my first importance that Christ died for our sins and after his resurrecton He appeared to many that was spiritually

I cannot imagine, actually, that Jesus could have experienced spiritual separation from the Father without at the same time experiencing physical and emotional pain. That is the definition of hell, to be separated from God and the resulting pain such separation causes.

But I think the other thing to consider is that if Jesus would only have experienced spiritual separation and there was no way to observe his suffering, we would not have had the assurance we need that God has fully taken on our pain, has been accustomed to pain all our existence, and embraced that pain in such a way that He redeemed the experience. We suffer so much exactly because we are made in God's image, but we sometimes think that He is somehow exempt from pain. The cross has forever put that myth to rest. We still cause God pain when we "grieve the Holy Spirit" (Ephesians 4:30). We can come to see that God is in pain when we go through physical and emotional pain ourselves.
