Can you explain the word picture Jesus uses (vs. 27) about how to rob the house of a strong man?
The “strong man,” in this instance, is the demonic power of Satan (but not always applied exclusively to Satan).
A person under the influence or control of the power of satan cannot serve Jesus (cannot serve two masters).
The power of satan must first be expunged (free from Satan’s captivity; i.e., binding of the strong man) .
With the demonic threat neutralized, the front door is now wide open to Jesus (Who awaits an invitation).

p.s.   B-E-W-A-R-E   less a demon find your house “empty” of Christ Jesus.

Mat 12:43  When the unclean spirit has gone out of a man, he walks through dry places seeking rest, and finds none.
Mat 12:44  Then he said, I will return into my house from where I came out. And when he has come, he finds it empty, swept, and decorated.
Mat 12:45  Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and live there. And the last state of that man is worse than the first.

Can you explain the word picture Jesus uses (vs. 27) about how to rob the house of a strong man?
This passage enlightens the reading of this mysterious parable. With the text the details of the parable become obvious. So what is it? Who is Mr. Strong? Who is the mysterious man? What are these treasures he steals? Why does he bind him up?

Well lets start with the mysterious visitor. Who was he? The mysterious visitor is none other than Jesus. Who is the strong man? He is non other than Satan. Jesus then binds the strong man, and he is able to plunder his palace. But what are these treasures? They are in fact people. They are captives. People held captive under the power of Satan, and Jesus is their deliverer. Only a stronger man could defeat Mr. Strong. Jesus is in fact Mr. Strongest. He is the man who enters the strong man’s house and sets free the captives of Satan.

Jesus is the winner of the ultimate strong man contest. But what does that have to do with the accusation about Beelzebub? Well obviously if Jesus is the man who goes into Satan’s palace and binds him up and defeats him, then it is impossible for Jesus to also be possessed by him. Therefore Jesus proves that he is not possessed by Beelzebub and he does not do miracles by the ruler of demons.

I think the strong man, is man and the house is our souls.  If we allow satan into our lives through sin, deception material goods,, he can incompacitate us and take over our souls

Can you Explain the word picture Jesus (vs.27) about how to rob the house of a strong man?

There are 3 parts to this word picture;

a) Jesus says he is not Satan or did not  use Satanic power to cast devils.

b) The sins of man can be forgiven.

c) That blasheme against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.

The message, I think is that God can remove evil and even forgive man's sins but man cannot believe in any other god

I think Jesus is trying to say is that we have to overcome Saten before he can or we can cast out demons. We have to tell Saten no and destroy him from our lives so we can help others.

Satan is the strong man in the house. Before anyone could take away anything under his control, you must first of all neutralise or destabilise his power and take control everything in its neighbourhood.

The strong man in this parable is Satan, and Jesus is explaining that we must first pre-occupy Satan before we can cast out demons from otherwise good people.

    Jesus and Beelzebub

He came into a house. The multitude came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread. When his friends heard it, they went out to seize him: for they said, "He is insane." The scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, "He has Beelzebul," and, "By the prince of the demons he casts out the demons."
He summoned them, and said to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan? If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. If Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he can't stand, but has an end. But no one can enter into the house of the strong man to plunder, unless he first binds the strong man; and then he will plunder his house. Most certainly I tell you, all sins of the descendants of man will be forgiven, including their blasphemies with which they may blaspheme; but whoever may blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin"--because they said, "He has an unclean spirit."
