The Lord God doesn`t give us things or capabilities that are beyond our potential.However, whatever we think we excel out with should be used properly in God`s kingdom. They should sprout out and bring out other good fruits for they glorify the lord.God does not expect us to be good singers if we don`t know how to sing. so, we should determine the talents that God has given and use them with appropracy with God`s words. Why is religious hypocrisy so offensive to Jesus?
Religious hypocrisy is offensive to Jesus because Jesus is into the object of faith invoked in religious works rather than in the gesture of doing it. Some people even pray or gather themselves around many to show that they are prayerful and religious but they are just doing it to be called they are prayer warriors and that they feel proud of it. They love hearing from people comments that they are good followers but deep within them is hypocrisy. They just want to be recognized by the people but not by our one true God. God knows what is inside our hearts and our motives of doing such religious gestures. One that would give God the Glory will be one who can enter to His kingdom. Loving God with all your heart, with all your mind and with all your souls is othe greatest commandment of all. That`s the reason why we are still living here on earth. How does one love God with all his heart soul and mind? What does that look like?
Loving the Lord with all your heart, with all your mind and with all your soul is the greatest commandment because it focuses on the person as a whole. You can`t render pure love without your mind and soul. Each component complements each other. It is by giving up everything that you have, sacrifice everything for the sake of the Lord. It is taking and carrying out our own cross and follow Jesus alone. It is only through following these commandments that you will have a heart to follow all other laws set by the Good Lord.
